The staff of Casa de Vida is here to support pregnant young women during this special and sometimes difficult time. We provide our residents with a safe home, caring staff, 24 hour supervision and assistance, nutritious meals, pregnancy and childbirth education, social service assistance, and so much more. Our goal is to build healthy families either by helping our residents to become the best parents possible or by supporting them in their efforts to find a loving, adoptive family for their child.
Casa de Vida is a single level home with a large basement. The main level contains a staff bedroom, 4 resident rooms (2 residents per room), a common living room and kitchen, and staff offices. The basement contains Wanda’s Baby Closet, a classroom, a small gym, and client storage compartments. While the residents of Casa de Vida enjoy the comforts of home such as Internet access, a shared resident phone line, and television, they also share household duties such as weekly chores, cooking, and personal laundry. Residents must agree to abide by the house rules and chores. If you need our services or would like further information, please call (775) 329-1070 or email whitney@casadevidareno.org. While we primarily serve individuals residing in Nevada, we welcome new residents from other locations.
