Casa de Vida would like you to feel free to have visitors, but due to the fact that there are many residents living here, we must establish some rules to insure that all residents feel comfortable in their own home. Every resident is responsible for his or her visitor’s behavior. If the visitor is not following the house rules, it is the resident’s responsibility to explain the rules to them. If for any reason the housemother or social worker feels that it is not in the best interest of the household to have a particular visitor, your visitor may be asked to leave and/or not allowed to visit you here.
Visiting hours: Visitors’ hours are from 1:00pm-4:00pm and 7:00pm– 9:00 pm (Evening visitation is only allowed when there are no evening classes scheduled). There may be no more than 2 visitors at a time, unless the visitors are your immediate family such as Mother, Father and siblings.
Visitors (male and female) must remain in the living room or dining room areas. No visitors are to go into the bedroom area past the housemother’s room, or in the basement.
